Our Work

Warrior Mentoring is a non-profit leadership program for Young Men. It is our mission to help 1 million youth to find meaning and upgrade their lives.

It is our philosophy that youth are much more capable than we give them credit. We believe the low expectations we place on our teens contributes to the widespread mental health crisis we are facing today.

At Warrior Mentoring we push our teens to go beyond their current capabilities. They read books usually assigned to college or graduate students, they build their bodies through proper exercise and nutrition, they build character through service projects and emotional health practices, and they excel in their high school classes because they are held accountable and recognize that their education will help them to achieve their big dreams.

The youth I have worked with have done amazing things. They have self published books, started successful businesses, traveled the world, gone from chubby to 6 packs, and so much more. The teens of today are capable of so much. They just need a little guidance, a little love, and a lot of expectation.
